When run on the following file:
y = None
def f():
global y
from x import y
pylint incorrectly issues the following three warnings:

W0621: 4:f: Redefining name 'y' from outer scope (line 1)
W0602: 3:f: Using global for 'y' but no assignment is done
W0612: 4:f: Unused variable 'y'
