That's definitely one of the target audiences. I have a talk in mind to do with general "numeric plumbing" - getting numbers in and out of Excel, from web services and so on - which I think would be appealing to this sector.
I cooked up this idea with Thoughtworks last April because they actually consult for a lot of these firms, and was hoping to do an initial one last summer but it never came off. They are plugged into a lot of these places.
