Top speakers at PostgreSQL user conference

The UK's only dedicated Postgres user event has announced an impressive line
up of technology and database software experts to inform and educate
delegates.

PGDay takes place on 7th July at 30 Euston Square in London and is being
organized by the UK PostgreSQL User Group.

HM Government's Chief Technology Officer, Liam Maxwell, tops the bill and
will be speaking about how awareness of Postgres is growing in the UK,
predicting what the future will hold. Database technologist David Kennaway
will talk about how Postgres is being used at investment bank Goldman Sachs,
while 2ndQuadrant's CTO Simon Riggs will be tackling PostgreSQL Futures. 

Other topics covered on the day by more global experts include a look the
next version of PostgreSQL (9.5), the AXLE Project, and backup and recovery.
