Sorry, the problem was not PyWin32 ; but only Python-2.4rc2
If I overwrite a P24rc2 install with P24 "standard" ; the problem disappears.
I have found a script without PyWin32, with a problem with RC2, and no problem with P4 "standard". I will put a message on clp.
