Tim- That is the version ESRI shipped with ArcGIS 9.1.
I do not know what version they ship with 9.2 (as I am not in the GIS business currently :( ) However, the newer versions worked fine with the ESRI tools (in 9.1 at least) if the users knew to upgrade. Eric Eric B. Powell BSRI Electronic Aids (803)208-6207
