Wondering if there are ways to use the Win32 API to get around the following Tkinter limitations?
1. Inability to set custom mouse cursors via *.cur/*.ani files. 2. Determine the height or width of window properties such as titlebar, left/right and bottom window frame edges? Thank you, Malcolm
