Hi all,
  I'm happy to announce the release of pywin32 build 215.

This release has relatively few changes since build 214, although a number of bugs have been addressed - the notable changes are:

* The build process no longer includes a "manifest" in python 2.6 and later versions - this should hopefully avoid failure to load the modules in some environments (specifically, it should avoid "module not found" type errors thrown by Windows.)

* Pythonwin should have much better support for non-US keyboards - eg, calltips should now be displayed regardless of where the '(' key happens
to be located on your keyboard.

* Updated adodbapi.

* Support for Python 3.2 and 2.7.

As always, thanks to everyone who contributed (both code and issues) to this release!

Cheers,

Mark.
