This is on Windows Vista Home Basic.
*sob* - I tested 3.2 with a 64bit build and didn't perform a test install of the 3.2 32bit exe. The 64bit one is fine and I don't understand how that could have happened - in theory the 2 builds share the same .py files - but it has happened :(
I'll check 3.1 tomorrow and try to determine what went wrong in the build process, then put up new builds where necessary...
