This bug is to track sunpoet@'s suggestion for me to update devel/py-Automat to
use devel/py-setuptools-scm instead of devel/py-setuptools_scm7 (see bug
#281847, comment #8). devel/py-Automat 24.8.1 builds successfully with all
versions of Python currently available in the ports tree. Updating to
devel/py-setuptools-scm breaks on py38 and py39 because devel/py-setuptools-scm
itself currently fails to build with those versions (see bug #278299).
