No non serve, non credo userai quelle funzionalita', il tuo problema e':

failed to open python file wsgi.py


pasta il file di configurazioen che stai usando e il path in cui risiede
la tua app django.

Di regola e':

[uwsgi]
chdir = <directory_progetto_django>
wsgi-file = <nome_progetto>/wsgi.py
