You can't keyframe creation, but you can key the visibility and/or scaling of objects - that makes things "appear" spontaneously, just as if they were newly created. Then you render it the way you'd render anything else (1) , or do a playblast (2).

Stuff like animating and rendering are described quite well. Also, as a friendly piece of advice, coming at something like this from a Python angle is only going to make things *significantly* harder to learn, and you'll speed through it better by going about it a simpler way. With just your mouse, it's 3 buttons, and the q,w,e,r and s keys, you can animate something like this a ton faster than by a script.
