Here we use this environment variable: setenv MAYA_DEBUG_ENABLE_CRASH_REPORTING 1
It enables a dump of the last actions, saved into a file with a .crash suffix. Helped several times here to figure out what was the cause of crashes that leaved no output nowhere...
