Which PyQt?

You need to match the version in 2011, because, in ADs infinite
wisdom, that is how they want it to be.

So for 2008 and 2009 we use 4.8 and for 2011 we are stuck in 4.7.1

Unless someone has a way of using newer versions which we just could
not figure out.
