Thanks Justin,

I don't get any error, basically code itself is fine and when I run '*.pyw'
file in eclipse editor, the GUI is shown up.
But, I want to run this GUI program in the command prompt of Windows. code
is run but GUI isn't shown up if I type like
"C:\myPyQt\blah.pyw myApp parameter" in the command prompt.
