Thanks, but this works only in command line i guess. I'm searching for a 
way to set the attributes inside maya so i have feedback when i test render 
in render view and i would start the script as a startup script in pre 
frame mel.
We already did this once with arnold, the thing is arnold has a user option 
variable which overrides the batch command so i was able to do this very 
easy.
