Hi Frederik,

I faced the same issue with you, searching all over google. And i think i found 
the problem.

it seems you need to use failedEdits and successfulEdits flags into it.

ex: cmds.referenceEdit( ref, removeEdits=True, failedEdits  =True,  
successfulEdits =True)
