Hi.

I am unaware of any publically available documentation for the
current(?) DWG file format. The OpenDWG people reverse engineered the
R13, R14, and R15 formats, but the R16 format was changed again, and the
changes were extensive. I don't know if there is a still newer format
that R16, btw. If there is freely available docs for the R16 file format
I'd like to get them and I'll work on writing code to read those files.
