My suggestion: - Email pyconie committee that you ordered whatever you purchased to say you have completed that task. You don't have to show the receipt as it will be dealt with anyway in admin, just make sure you have it organised for the treasurer (i.e. me) so I can find it. - Email pythonie committee receipt(s) (and any withdrawals or lodgements), as you have to let the *PythonIE committee* know. In case of reimbursements, you will be invoice PythonIE and give time in case a committee member or members objects to reimbursements.
Re. cross-Python/PyConIE stuff like biz cards, it's ok to email both lists. Hope that is ok? Any questions let me know, this will save emailing both committees.
