Well, One thing at time:
* I fail to see why mercurial would be better to this project, the most
common online-repository which i have notice which support mercurial is
BitBucket, and i personally don't like it, if you want to clarify this to
me, I'll be grateful
* Yeah you are right, but there are 2 points here:
1 - it will be possible to run pythonix over a JVM or .NET and use
their respective debugger tools, to lookup inside kernel while it's
running, which is actually pretty cool
2 - In README I state that it will exists be another project with
Clang/ASM which will implement PyPy and all the "Low Level Stuff" , this
create a kind of LLFW (low level framework), so anyone can use this to
implement a man-in-the-middle in this project, and write a O.S
straight-forward.
* Minix is for education purposes because Tanenbaum want this way. Pythonix
will only use the structure and the basis of Minix, but after that, will be
some serious "tweaks" about implementation because of Python features to
turn the project into something more usable.
Pip for package Manager
Reboot without power-off the machine
Write kernel modules on-the-fly, and make they work
it's some of features i have on mind
