Right -- which is exactly to say, for somebody like me -- and there seem to be quite a few of us -- who is not essentially a systems programmer and comes to all this from (old) Macs rather than from Unix & its little Terminal children, that there is still no very good & comfortable way to program in Python. I can learn, we can all learn. But it's a real problem, I have to keep saying.
