[Pythonmac-SIG] New wiki entry

I just added a new wiki entry, "Describe Apple's Framework implementation of Python and how that affects me adding new Python implementations". Please review it. If it does not answer your questions about Apple's Framework installation, please send those questions to this list or me personally and I will try to adjust the entry to answer the question.
