Ships with a "unicode" build of wxPython 2.5.3. Mac OS X 10.3 did not  
ship with any wxPython or wxWidgets. I'm not sure whether this is  
good or bad, wxPython development moves pretty fast and the current  
Mac version isn't quite up to snuff yet.

Bundling a current release of PyObjC with Tiger would've definitely  
done more harm than good.
