The big question would be: why? The universal installer currently includes
the docs in HTML format, and whenever I republish the installer IDLE will
actually find those documents. 

If we'd include the documents in Help format I'd like to see a patch for
IDLE that will open that help book when the users selects 'Help/Python Docs'
in IDLE.
