I'd say "PYC", because although it isn't a word, the icon does a better job of connoting the file contents than any of the other words, and for people who know Python, "PYC" means something. My second choice would be the unadorned one. I'm actually wondering if using the folded-corner document icon for .pyc files is a good idea at all. The document icon usually indicates something that can be edited or at least viewed, and a .pyc file certainly can't be (easily :).
