I built the following program: print *, 'hello' end and confirmed that the resulting binary works on 10.4 i386 and ppc systems. I built a considerably large piece of code and linked it successfully against pythonmac 2.4, whose distutils insists on including "-arch i386 -arch ppc" on the link line. This code works on i386. I have not tested it on ppc. So as far as my limited testing is concerned there is a working universal fortran available. - Paul _______________________________________________ Pythonmac-SIG maillist - Pythonmac-SIG@python.org http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/pythonmac-sig
