pyopencl ( http://mathema.tician.de/software/pyopencl ) seems to be the most mature and is very similar to PyCUDA which the same author wrote. It however requires boost; I haven't compiled it on OS X but I've compiled other projects that use boost and it can be a pain
I have played around with pyopencl on Linux and found it to be quite usable.
