So the frontend script was replaced with a new one, but the extension

Whow! This was extremely helpful. It was not obvious for me to find

Would it make sense if I prepared a combined version that contains
Bob's additions as well? Then I would offer to do this, to unify things,
and send an update, with tests of course.
