Hi Jan-Friso,

I'm curious as to what device you are using. It seems to return the 
trigger and intensity values with an initial upper case character, while 
I get all lower case from my Garmin FR 305. I think instead of your fix 
for 3) it would be better to fix 1) and 3) all in one by forcing this 
values to lower case on import. I'm on it.
