Hi Dave,

I suspect your conf.xml file is missing. If you restore the entire
conf directory (~/.pytrainer by default)  from backup then the data
migration should succeed.

If you don't have a backup of the entire conf directory then you can
recreate it simply by running Pytrainer 1.7.2 from source.

The reason for this is that in versions 1.7.1, 1.7.2 and 1.8.0 the
database schema version was stored in the conf.xml file. That version
number needs to be extracted so the data migration knows which upgrade
scripts to apply.
