I know both libusb 1.0 windows backend and PyUSB alpha 0 are under
development, but the good news is
I have gotten my device to work using pyusb 1.0.0.0-alpha0 along with
one of the latest libusb-1.0 windows backend binary snapshots
(2010.06.14 or 20.07.29) by Pete Batard with WinUSB driver.
