Some old posts: they will probably not work for you right out of the
box but you can use them as a start. Mac users here may be able
to help you. If not you can try ask in the libusb mailing list.

On the other hand, you will lose the Joystick function using this
kext trick. So it is not an ideal solution. That is the reason
I raise the ticket: http://www.libusb.org/ticket/33

On the other hand, you can complete forget about libusb and
use hidapi instead. Maybe you can write a Python binding for it.
