What do you mean by "not found"? I also do not know what
you mean by "get it activated".

In order to use pyusb 0.4.3 under Windows, you have to
install libusb-win32. If you want to use pyusb to talk to
a device, then that device needs to have the libusb-win32
driver attached (either the device driver or device filter driver).

You can download libusb-win32 here. Please use the latest version.
