Unfortunately you have to install a supported driver (eg: libusb-win32 device driver, libusb-win32 filter driver, or winusb driver). Is your device really a mouse? If yes, then actually libusb and pyusb are not the right tools to use with a mouse. But you can still use libusb-win32 filter driver along with the Windows mouse driver.
