It's working with libusb, but I had to create an inf-file first and installing the driver via inf-wizard, otherwise it didn't even recognize the device. libusbx in other hand didn't find the usb device with the driver installed via inf-wizard. When I removed the driver, the old "Insufficient memory" error appeared again.
