No. So you have not install a supported driver
(libusb0.sys, libusbk.sys or winusb.sys) for your
device. You have to use these supported driver
in order to really use libusbx.

You can use Zadig to install a supported driver.

You can use Windows Device Manager to find out
which driver your device you are using. If you use
Profilic USB to Serial converter, most likely you
are using Profilic's custom driver, which is not
supported by libusbx.
