TASK DESCRIPTION The config reader warns when the type has changed (under certain circumstances). Most values shouldn't change the type but the timeout may be just an int or float or a tuple. By default it's a tuple so it complains when it was changed to an int or float (which is especially important when the version doesn't support multiple timeouts and the users have to use an int or float, see T103069).
