And //Change link target// is actually an issue due to rPWBCad2cf8aa73d9: [BREAK][FEAT] Support strings in replace_links <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/rPWBCad2cf8aa73d9aaff66bbf05822666c10cbb3c101> because that callback returns a string as a shortcut which is now added directly.
