TASK DESCRIPTION

Now add_text.py should add text only to the top or to the bottom of page.

There should be more possibilities:

-section:Foo
Adds text as first or last line to == Foo == section (regardles level, first secton with this name in page)

-template:Foo
Adds text above (below) {{Foo}}
