CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
`%(monthname)s` & `%(monthnameshort)s` should print the month name or abreviations in localized project language or its fallback if the messages are not translated. Note that the month names and its abreviations are MediaWiki core messages that the bot could fetch.
This will allow using those options nicely on non-English projects.
