CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
To solve T173498, T192732 and T192733 there are some major things needed from pywikibot tool on Toolforge, e.g. credentials to Pywikibot-test user on WM projects. The access to the tool only have inactive and almost inaccessible former Pywikibot developers.
