Is I figured out toggling this page depends on the bot option not the bot itself. As I can see the bots are reverting themselves. The reason is that the bot with `double` action option follows the redirect chain whereas the `broken` action option tries to restore the broken link by restoring the move target but it does not follow the redirect chain (what it should do here).
