TASK DESCRIPTION
**List of steps to reproduce**:
- Running script_test on appveyor, all tests fail and commonscat test halts
(or runs infinitely)
**What happens?**:
- Running the test locally works as expected:
`pwb.py script_tests -v TestScriptHelp.test_commonscat`
