  Command with the wiki site:
  
    python pwb.py delinker.py -family:wikipedia -lang:ckb
  
  The scripts.ini file settings:
  
    [delinker]
    since = 20050604192921
  
  If you run that command with the settings, you should get the error 
immediately. I didn't got your third question. If you mean my bot's last edit 
made with delinker.py, it's this one
