TASK DESCRIPTION
When logging is enabled, several conflicting handlers are created.
When running a script with -log or -debug, two handlers are created that
block the possibility of logs with an even number.
For interwiki on /log its look as
interwiki-bot.1.log
interwiki-bot.3.log
interwiki-bot.5.log
interwiki-bot.log
