"Product-Component" pairs in Bugzilla will be migrated to projects in
Phabricator. See
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=Pywikibot
for the current list of Pywikibot components. Also see
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/versus_Bugzilla#Bugzilla_data_migrated

For example, Bugzilla product "Pywikibot" and Bugzilla component
"General" will become the Phabricator project "Pywikibot-General".
A direct link to file a task (new term for "bug report") will be
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/maniphest/task/create/?projects=Pywikibot-General
after the migration has finished.

For general information also see
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Help - if you have any
questions, don't hesitate to ask on the talk page.
