I got a question off list about what this release means, so I figure
that I'd elaborate a bit.

This release does not mean that phase 1 as documented in the wiki [1]
is complete. The idea is to start getting a more static base from which
to deploy and continue work towards finishing up phase 1.

I'll be proposing some changes to how we've been doing things going
forward and will be scheduling a qadevel IRC meeting on monday to
discuss/approve those changes. Details will be sent out later today.

It looks like we'll be able to release today :)

The only thing blocking the rest of the release activities is approval
and merging of D100 for T159.

Since this isn't a release of phase 1, I'm going to be doing some
ticket name changes to reflect the fact that this is a 0.1 release and
not a phase 1 release.
