[qa-test] error 1606

[ftr]

When trying to install OOo 3.3 RC 2 freshly dowloaded from 
http://download.openoffice.org/all_rc.html I get error 1606. Could not 
access network location OpenOffice.org 3.

Retry does not solve the problem.
OS: Windows Vista Home 32-bit
