I really do not know what is going on there. :(

Looks like all language jobs got enabled[1]. (3 out of 7 language jobs were
disabled yesterday.) The strange thing is that job configuration history
says the last change to ContentTranslation job was made by me this
Tuesday[2] (three days ago).

Anybody has an idea on how a job gets enabled mysteriously, without the
change being recorded in job history?
