This person commented on something I said on Twitter. I sent them a link to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Quality_Assurance/Browser_testing. One day later they put up the blog post above. Starting from nothing, with no resources other than mediawiki.org pages linked off Browser_testing, they got our tests running... for VisualEditor... on Windows...
