hi, Claudio Filho, Thank you for your BVT report content. Issue number column is for defect which is opened from BVT. For not all fail test case is a defect, as GUI test's offset. So after confirm fail case is a defect manually, you need open it as a defect on Buzilla(https://issues.apache.org/ooo/), then track it on this table with Bugzilla defect id(issue number).
